Shipping & Returns
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from New York City, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We currently do not offer overnight shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.
What is your online return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition. Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for a store credit. Any returns postmarked more than 21 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please contact email@example.com for a return shipping label. Upon the receipt of your returned original item(s), we will ship your revised order. All items must be returned in new, uniform condition.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed.
How do I return an order from within the U.S.?

In your return please:
- Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
- Include a printout of your receipt.
You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. Once your garment is received, we will send you an email regarding your refund.
* We will do our best to help if a return gets lost in the mail but we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product.
