We're based out of dreamy New York City. All prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
How do I choose the correct size?
We've created a Size Guide that serves as a general guideline for helping you find what will fit best. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can email us at email@example.com. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you realize something went wrong after placing an order, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to adjust your order. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to email@example.com right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. All emails received in regards to changes or canceled orders 24 hours after order placement will need to be issued as a return or exchange.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
What’s the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to email@example.com.

What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to email@example.com right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S.
How fast is your shipping?
Because we are a growing company, all garments are cut and sewn to order with a 8 to 10 week leadtime. Once your garment has been custom made and shipped, you will receive a follow up email containing your shipment's details. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need any garments rushed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional shipping costs.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
We currently do not offer overnight shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please email email@example.com
Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

What is your online return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition. Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for a store credit. Any returns postmarked more than 21 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed.

In your return please:
- Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
- Include a printout of your receipt.
You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. Once your garment is received, we will send you an email regarding your refund.
* We will do our best to help if a return gets lost in the mail but we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product.

Each item is unique and may require different care. Attached to each garment is a care label that will provide you with care instructions to maintain the quality of your item.
